Still in love with this song like it’s 2011.

We can’t rewrite history, but we can write our own history.

"This nation can be great again. This I have said over and over. It is my article of faith, and Divine Providence has willed that you and I can now translate this faith into deeds.
I have repeatedly told you: each generation writes its own history. Our forbears have written theirs. With fortitude and excellence we must write ours.
We must renew the vision of greatness for our country.
This is a vision of our people rising above the routine to face formidable challenges and overcome them. It means the rigorous pursuit of excellence.”
An excerpt from the Inaugural Address of President Marcos, December 30, 1965

Aside from the obvious @dotcmrt_3 @dotcPhilippines’ negligence… and possible kickbacks and red tape shiz…

To those who are wondering - With the hundreds of thousands of passengers of MRT, why can’t they afford better maintenance or even brand new coaches? Ask yourself. Are we paying enough for the “speed and convenience” of a metro? Trains here are dirt cheap compared to our neighbours. It’s about time that sh*t gets privatized so that it can give us better service.

It’s a bit sad how we’re messed up with all these problems (re : traffic jam all day galore, public transpo inefficiency, high cost of public utilities, bad urban planning in general, also #ChickenSad). People of the Republic of the Philippines deserve better.

Sorry for mahabang rant. But anyway, I know you’re just as disappointed as I am. *group hug*

Also your logo is awkwardly ugly parang kapatid niya yung Aliw Theater building. #design #branding

#mrt hay.
